Yes, all payments made to way2target are inclusive on taxes. Tax is levied on the sale of any purchase, which here represents Good and Service Tax (GST). This tax is collected and deposited by way2target to the relevant government authorities.
GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product's sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. Because your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.
You will receive an invoice on a monthly basis. The invoice gets generated by 5th of every month and will be sent to your email id registered with us. In case you don’t receive one, write to us at hello@way2target.com.

Yes, you are eligible for getting a refund if the campaign is interrupted, however, any amount already deducted in the billing cycle of the campaign will not be refundable. The refund will always be returned to the source payment method.
It's your money, and you can use it anytime you want. There is no validity period/expiry associated with the balance available in your way2target wallet. The amount will remain as long as your account is active.
We roll out promotional offers from time to time. If you wish to keep an eye on them, subscribe to our newsletter. The minimum validity period of any promotional/bonus amount varies as per the offer.
Just relax! Probably you might have made mistakes while filling in your account details, PIN, or OTP, that results in declining the data entered by you. Current location is the place where the targeted customer is currently residing and Origin location is the native place of the targeted customer. The current location may change, but the origin location is always the same.
Sender name is your identity to your recipient. It's also called as 'From Name'. It's a most focusing factor for the recipient to take particular action whether to read or ignored. Sender name by default considered as your username. You can even register your sender name with different names. Sender name character count for SMS is six characters, and for email 20 characters are suggested.

For SMS campaign the sender name character count is six characters, and body content is up to 140 characters and additional 20 characters for appending a link. For Email marketing, the prefered subject line character count is 41-50 characters, and body length has no restriction, but it should be medium and up to the point.
No, it's up to you based on your flexibility you can insert tags or keywords.

Yes, you can do that. You have this option while creating a campaign. This option is helpful if some technical glitches occur and if it's not taking your one subject line or sender name because of compliance, then it can take the other one. In case, you have added more than one sender name and subject line.

When you create a campaign, before getting it to live, our technical team reviews it for verifying compliances and then approve it. If they find any issue in the campaign, they reject the campaign. You will be notified with the reason as to why your campaign got rejected, based on that you can do necessary correction. You need to resubmit the campaign with necessary modifications again it verifies until it satisfies with compliance. Here, No. of rejects denotes how many times the created campaign gets rejected for resubmitting.
You can't delete the campaign. Instead, you can suspend your campaign. Go to a running stage in the dashboard and select option 'actions' there you can suspend your campaign.
It occurs because of various reasons, sign in your account and check for these points-

A campaign is created for advertising something with different goals by targetting a set of audience in various locations.
When you create a campaign and save it for further modification without confirming it, it gets stored in drafts.
When you create a campaign and click on the confirm button, it enters into the processing stage. In this stage, our technical team will check for ad compliances across ad exchanges. If everything is okay, the campaign gets approval and gets live and enters into running stage. In the processing stage, you can see the campaign name, runtill date, scheduled no. of days and total estimated budget of your campaign.

The campaign which is rejected by our technical team referred as a suspended campaign. The campaign is suspended from our side if it doesn't satisfy the compliance of campaign. Users can’t suspend the campaign. They can only stop the campaign from ‘actions’ option provided in the running stage.
It depends on both your budget value and targeted audience. It's up to you how much you want to spend. However, it will take up to how much it can consume.
It's calculated basically from your daily budget and no of days you're running your campaign. For example- if you're running a campaign for ten days with a daily budget of Rs. 200/- then you're total estimated budget will be 200(daily budget)* 10( No. of days)=Rs. 2000.
Daily Budget is your per day spent on that particular campaign.
Initiate date is the date when you have started the campaign.
Campaign name is the name you create for the identity of your campaign. Campaign name you can write in any format which should help us to track down the result of the campaign after it's completion. You can combine a cluster of the product name, date, serial no's, and other recognised factors. For example- 1-Football footwear-20/8/19 or 2-Football footwear-25/8/19.

The runtill date is the date when you wish to end your campaign.
It purely depends on the purpose of your campaign. Consider if it's a festive season for one month and you want to promote/sell your product, then you can run a campaign for one month. Another example if you are collecting a fund for earthquake victims then you can run your campaigns for some months.
Start time is the time when you're campaign gets approval and its started running.
Budget spent is the amount you spent on the campaign for a certain period. You can calculate the budget spent on daily, monthly, quarterly, halfyearly or annual base.
In the running stage of the campaign, we have an option ‘actions’ where we can stop or finished the campaign, and we can even see and analyse the report.
In status, we can see the current status of the campaign like- running, suspended, stopped or finished.
When you run your campaign 'reach' indicates how many people received your mail.
When your mail gets received to your targeted audience, 'open' indicates how many people opened your mail.
When your mail opened by targeted audience, 'clicks' indicates how many people did any actions like - call or filling the form or opened any link to get information.

Ecpm stands for 'effective cost per mille'. Here mille is the Latin word for 1,000. Ecpm is the result of a calculation of the advertisement revenue generated by a campaign, divided by the number of ad impressions of that campaign which expressed in units of 1,000.
"Ecpc stands for 'effective cost per click' or 'estimated cost per click'. Ecpc commonly referred to as CPC. Ecpc denotes the effectiveness of display campaigns. The bid is selected based on two strategies CPC (Click Per Cost) or CPM (Click per Mille). In Latin Mille means 1000. The amount you choose for bid is per user on CPC or CPM strategy basis.
Impression indicates a number of times it should appear to the user for some specific period like- Day, Week or Month.
Bidding type is to select option whether you want to go with the automatic or manual process for bidding your B2B campaign.
It depends on your business budget, your capabilities and availability of time for carrying out this process. If you do manually, you can select the bidding strategy and bidding amount per user and daily budget per user according to your budget limit. If you choose an automatic option, you don’t get the option for bidding only you need to focus on daily budget remaining process will automatically be carried out.
Bidding strategy is to select the type for your bidding amount per user to spend on a click basis.
CPC is the amount you want to spend per click on per user basis. CPM is the amount you want to spend for 1000 advertisement impresssions. Time unit puts frequency cap for how many impressions you want to display per user on Day, Week or Month basis.
